Tissue Microarray（TMA）
Tissue microarray (TMA) refers to the evaluation of tissue sections of multiple samples on the same slide. Through the method of fine needle drilling, dozens to hundreds of cylindrical small tissues (tissue core) were collected from many ordinary tissue paraffin blocks, and they were neatly arranged into another blank wax block (acceptor wax block), so as to make tissue chip wax blocks. The tissue chip wax blocks were tissue sectioned, and then the sections were transferred to glass slides to make tissue chips. IHC, IF, TSA and other experimental methods can be used for high-throughput analysis of human, rat, mouse and primate tissues.
