A： Efficacy evaluation of Cisplatin in C57BL/6N mice. Cisplatin inhibited B-hPD-1 LLC1 tumor growth in C57BL/6N mice. Humanized murine lung cancer B-hPD-1 LLC1 cells (2×105) were subcutaneously implanted into C57BL/6N mice (female,8-week-old,n=6).Mice were grouped when tumor volume reached approximately 100 mm3 ,at which time they were treated with Cisplatin.
